Information Sessions

GW offers a variety of events to help prospective students learn about the university, our graduate programs and graduate life. You can learn more about the program you’re thinking of applying to, how to finance your education and more. Events are held in person and online so you can come to campus or visit from wherever is most convenient for you. You can find events by date or type of event.

Campus Visits

GW welcomes prospective graduate students to our campus throughout the year. Typically led by a current graduate student, tours last approximately one hour and begin at the Admissions Welcome Center in the University Student Center. Register for a campus tour by visiting our event search page and selecting "Campus Tours" as the event category. If you would like to talk to a faculty or staff member during your visit, please contact the academic program directly. For large group tours with more than 15 people, please call 202-994-5984 for special arrangements.
